Just perfect...
Today my girlfriend and I visited Nova Era Bakery and Pastry on Egerton St. in London. I had to rate my experience in all areas the highest I could rate - 9! only because every bit of my experience was that perfect!! We were greeted instantly even though the place was full. The food was fresh and served within 5-10 minutes. The server, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere - family, casual and relaxed. The price... just right! And you can get a latte to go! My advice... check it out - take the whole family - I know I will!

I just wanted to congratulate you on your new store in London. My family and I have been faithful customers of yours and the stops in Toronto always included a visit to Nova. We have been to the one in London many times and tell as many people as possible. I can foresee a second one opening in no time!
On a side note, i work for a company that does custom printed paper bags and labels. Should you ever require a price quote on producing bags/labels for your stores please give us a call. We are in London and our company name is Jones Packaging Inc. We could personalize the bags with the information for each store making it an inexpensive way of marketing.
