Although what we eat dictates a well balanced and nutritional part of life style, we still tend to crave that yummy, full-filling, rich bread.

While growing-up bread was an extremely large part of our meals. It was frowned upon not to enjoy your paposeco (Portuguese style bun), made of yeast white flour, salt, water.

Today we search for ryes, multigrain and fiber breads, at Nova Era Bakery we have learned the importance of healthy eating and making the right choices, our yummy multi-grain and  fiber buns are so rich in flavor you will swear they have nuts and fruits and are made only with our secret flour mixture, salt, water yeast.

Corn Bread:

Crunchy on the outside soft and moist on the inside, eaten Portuguese style, sliced with a juicy grilled sardine on top.

 

Homestyle Bread:  Pada Bun: French Baguette

Flour, water, salt, yeast, great for everyday meals.
